From corporate to coaching. Dr. Tara went from coaching and developing leaders on all levels in the organization to coaching women to go UP in the organization or OUT to a new opportunity. As a single mom her determination after a position elimination allowed her to awaken her own untapped talent and infinite potential. This led to Dr. Tara gracing the stage to share inspirational stories of adversity, impact, and how to move to action.
